I was excited to read a bit of my work in translation alongside my wonderful new colleague Lina Ferreira Cabeza-Vanegas. I prepared my short reading in honor of May Day and the Amazon/Walmart/Whole Foods/Target/Instacart strike, with appearances by activist/poet/translators Amelia Rosselli and Arturo Giovannitti, as well as by my collaborators on a collective translation of a telegraph code poem in honor of copper workers who laid the infrastructure for cloud and internet technology, translators from all over the world too numerous to name here (they are credited in the slide show).
