A TUCSON READING

I am so excited for the chance to return to Tucson to take up the various strands and strains of my project on the geopoetics of copper and to be in direct dialogue with the community where the so-called “5 Cs” reign. I'm fortunate to be able to work on an atlas of copper extraction with students in Johanna Skibsrud’s creatively conceived seminar at the University of Arizona on ecopoetics and fieldwork after the sublime, to give a lecture on Pennies from Nether at the Center for Creative Photography, and to read with Yanara Friedland and Annie Guthrie at the Seinfeld Warehouse this coming Saturday: see poster below!
